What To Expect On Sunday Morning
It is our hope that you will experience God through His people and through His presence. We know it is not easy going to a new building with new people who may have a new way of doing church. We try to keep things simple, casual, and friendly and want you to know that you can be yourself.
:: Before the Service: A delicious, full breakfast is served on the first Sunday of every month by our "breakfast chefs".Donuts and coffee are served on the other Sundays.
:: Worship: is our highest priority, so we spend 20-25 minutes singing. Our songs are intimate prayers to God, both telling Him of His greatness and asking for His help. We want to give people enough time to connect with God and express their worship. You may see people raise their hands, clap, stand, sit, kneel, etc. This may be new to you. It is our desire that everyone attempt to worship in a way that is a genuine surrender to God.
:: Teaching: We believe the Bible is God's Word to us and an instruction manual for our lives. We strive to teach in a way that is easy to understand so that we can apply Biblical truths to our lives.
:: Prayer: We believe God is real and wants to help us with our problems. At the end of every service, we offer prayer to those who would like to come to God for help. We encourage people to ask for anything that is weighing heavy on them, whether big or small. There is no pressure but receiving prayer is a healthy thing.
